A question was asked concerning lens implants after LASIK. It is very compatible to have any kind of lens implant after a previous lasik. It requires extra care in terms of the preoperative calculations as these are somewhat altered by the previous corneal reshaping procedure (LASIK). You need a surgeon experienced in the field of lenses over lasers to assure yourself of the best possible results. Our office is initiating a new program designed especially for our patients and others who have these specific situations.
